When you place an order with mecca saddlery we will send you a confirmation email to to let you know we have received your order and this will contain the details of that order. Our acceptance of that order will be complete at the time of our despatch confirmation email which will detail the goods we are sending you and all costs incurred in the purchase and despatch of those goods.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item to us, you have 30 days in which to do so from the date of purchase. Goods must be returned to us in their original condition and must be received by us within 30 days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty in which case we will refund the postage costs. We strongly recommend that you send any returns using recorded delivery as proof of posting will not be accepted as confirmation that we have received your returned goods.
